RIOT Youth Ministry seeks to inspire an authentic faith in Jesus Christ through trusting, growing, and serving Him side by side. Our programs and activities are designed to develop leadership, build maturity, and strengthen families, through an integration of Christ in all that we do.
Open to all students grades 6-12!
RIOT PROGRAMS
YOUTH GROUP
Sundays @ 6PM
Teens come together for engaging activities, exciting adventures, and exploring God’s truth!
6PM-8:15PM
GUYS BIBLE STUDY
Wednesdays @ 6:15PM
On Wednesday nights, the guys get together at PFBC for dinner and Bible study!
6:15-8:30PM
MONTHLY EVENTS
Generally one Saturday a month
Monthly events include anything from paintball and laser tag to pool parties and concerts. Each month is something different!
FOOTBALL FUNDRAISER
Various Saturdays in the Fall
PFBC has the opportunity each fall to run a concession stand at PSU Football games. This allows us to raise money toward ministry events. Teens 16 and older are welcome to work the games – they’re a fun time for all, and gives them the chance to raise money toward retreats and other RIOT events!
RETREATS
Weekends in the Fall & Spring
In the fall, we offer two retreats: one weekend for the girls to get away, and one weekend for the guys!
In the Spring, all of RIOT goes on one together.
LAKE ANN
One Week in June
Every Summer, RIOT takes a road trip to Michigan and spends a week at Lake Ann Camp!
PFBC has been traveling to MI every summer for over a decade because we believe in the impact camp can have on teens in their walk with God, and Lake Ann has a mission we support.
